Natalia has been acting as an attorney since 2010. Since 2013, she has been holding the title of Associate Professor at the Department of International and European Law from Moldova State University.
Since 2006, she has been holding the title of Ph.D. in Law after she defended her dissertation in International Law at the Academy of Science of the RM.
21-year experience in family, civil and environmental legal consulting; scientific specialization in international and EU environmental law (on ambient air quality and cleaner air and regulations in climate change, strategic environmental assessment, and other environmental topics).
Natalia acts as an international and national expert in the implementation of various projects in the field of environmental protection (ex.EU4Climate), and elaborated, in cooperation with NGO“Eco-Tiras” the Guide for public officials “Implementation of the Aarhus Convention in Moldova”.
Author of about 30 articles, reviews, and multimedia presentations, mainly in the field of international and EU environmental law.
