Corneliu has strong knowledge of arbitration, holding an LLM in Investment Treaty Arbitration at the Uppsala University. He is an arbitrator within the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.
As well, he is advising national and international companies on the public procurement procedures in the Republic of Moldova.
