The General Prosecutor\u2019s Office filed a Cassation for Annulment before the Supreme Court of Justice in which it points out that a decision issued in 2020 on convicted persons constitutes a “flagrant violation of fundamental rights and freedoms” stipulated in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, the prosecution upheld the defense arguments concerning the “violation of the right to a fair trial” of the convicted, guaranteed by the article 6 par.1 ECHR. The lawyers of BAA \u201eCEACHIR, ZAMFIR & Partenerii\u201d represent the convicted in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The Supreme Court of Justice has to decide on the Cassation for Annulment filed by the
General Prosecutor’s Office and defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
